The Solar Energy City of Sonnenschiff

Sonnenschiff of a city in Freiburg, Germany has advantages like no other, where 'all over the city's energy needs supplied by using the sun, known as solar energy'. Designed by Rolf Disc, where the houses have roof allows sunlight remains stored in the winter and shielding the building from the sun in the summer. The roof also has a rain water recycling system that irrigates the gardens and supplying water to the toilet.
